I almost forgot that Ollie's friend Thomas had tagged him (via his mommy's blog). So, here goes and I will translate for him since so many of his sentences are jumbles. :)
Name and meaning: Oliver Patrick. We had the hardest time coming up with a first name for a little boy. One day I randomly emailed Alex about the name Oliver. Since there are German soccer players with that same name, he agreed. Patrick is Alex's middle name, as well as his dad's middle name...so family tradition. Oliver means Peace and Patrick means Noble. So, Ollie is both peaceful and noble.
Age: He will be two on 9/11/08...so soon!
Nicknames: Ollie, Ollie Bear, Bug, Buggy, Boogs
Favorite activities: Kicking or throwing a ball, anything involving Elmo, reading, racing down the slide, going to the zoo, going to the park, watching sports with Daddy, dancing especially hip hop
Favorite foods: PA (pizza), fries, hot dog, OM (ice cream)
Least favorite foods: Hmmm...if he is in an eating mood, he will pretty much eat anything
Favorite music: Song from Elmo's world, Jason Mraz :)
Favorite toys: Soccer ball, football, basketball (are you sensing a theme here?), Elmo, wooden ball/hammer thingy
Favorite book: He pretty much likes any book...but right now he loves "Hop on Pop"
Favorite item of clothing: Elmo jacket that Oma gave him, he even kissed it when she gave it to him!
What makes me happy: He loves sports, dancing and being with mommy and daddy...oh and shaking hands too! He loves to shake the Missionaries' hands.
What makes me sad: Timeout, going to bed, baths
